Participants will use this presentation as a learning tool in recognizing the multiple options of lip replantation after traumatic injury.
The proposed abstract will discuss current techniques in lip replantation after traumatic amputation/avulsion. In addition, participants will learn of a case of a 7 year old female patient who successfully underwent lip replantation of her upper lip using an arterialized-venous anastomosis with leech therapy.
